Slope-keyed mulch + tackifier
Section 805 provides a hydraulic wood-fiber-mulch (WFM) + tackifier table that scales roughly from ~50 lb tackifier / 1,000 lb WFM per acre on flat ground up to ~300 lb tackifier / 3,500 lb WFM per acre on steep slopes.
Tackifier chemistry
The specified tackifier is a guar or plantago (psyllium) plant-derived gum; synthetic PAM is not the specified tackifier chemistry for Section 805 hydroseeding.
Spec-numbering note
Section 810 is titled "Erosion Control AND Pollution Prevention" (both) — don’t confuse it with the Section 805 seeding requirements.
